I hired Luki Contractor initially to re-do my house parging...
however after chatting with Lucas...he literally can do any construction job.
So once he completed my parging job...he then did the re-siding of my garage.
Next job was he removed and installed my new garage man door.
Next job was to install smart board on all my house and garage windows.
The next job he will be doing in summer of 2025 is my kitchen and upstairs renovation.
Absolutely thrilled to have found such a professional and skilled contractor in Calgary.

My house required some parging work to be done
and the garage needed some stucco repair work, as there were parts of stucco that fell off. Luki Contractor came on time and gave a fair quote. They finished the job and I was completely satisfied. Both the parging work and stucco repair looks brand new. My neighbor also went with them for the same repair.

We renovate older homes for resale and I've dealt with many trades over the past couple years. Luki Contractor is extremely pleasant to work with and some of the best I've hired. They were very accommodating and helpful - went way above and beyond what they needed to. The price quoted was the price paid in the end. The job was extremely well done, timely, reasonably priced, and they did a good job of cleaning up when finished. I would recommend them without hesitation! Rare to find someone this great.
Luki Contractor is the stucco company I used for my exterior renovation
in fall 2015. They were phenomenal! This was a complicated stucco job: 3 colours, styrofoam battens, and many transition points. I couldn't be more pleased - they were professional, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. Bujar followed up in the Spring and returned to do any touch up that was required. Honestly, if you're contemplating stucco - hire West Brothers - they're the best, and their prices are reasonable.
Luki is the type of contractor you see on a home renovation show
and wish you could find someone like that in real life. He is efficient, punctual, meticulous and honest. I hired Luki to work on an older home in Calgary. He completed parging on the bottom half of the home and stuccoed around my new windows and doors. He was able to match the preexisting stucco almost exactly. He also offered to go around the entire home and do any touch up stucco needed. His work was so impressive and clean the neighbors began hiring him mid job. He was always on time (and early) and I never had to remind him to do something or question his quality of work. I am very impressed with Luki's work and made a homestars account just to tell others! He is worth every penny for your Stucco needs. Highly recommended.
